If you are meeting the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA):

One or multiple masturbation induced ejaculations will not lead to deficiency in Magnesium, Calcium or Vitamin C.

However, regular ejaculation can lead to Zinc deficiency, or worsen pre existing Zinc deficiency.

If you are already deficient in minerals like Magnesium, regular masturbation will slightly worsen this deficiency.

Masturbation Contributes To Zinc Deficiency

Similarly, adequate Magnesium is vital for high Testosterone. Deficiency is linked to reduced Testosterone levels. (Exton et al, 2001)
